Provides leadership for library services related to teaching and learning throughout the UCLA libraries, informed by educational theory, instructional design, customer service principles, and understanding of new and emerging technologies. Provides oversight of reference and instructional services throughout the UCLA libraries, facilitates collaboration, promotes the development of policies, procedures, best practices and workflows, and encourages the development of public services that are both comprehensive for the university community and responsive to specific user groups.
