Access Services Librarian

The NCSU Libraries invites applications and nominations for the position of Access Services Librarian. This position provides a unique opportunity to participate in the development and delivery of key user services in a dynamic, customer-driven environment. The objective is to offer great experiences by establishing high quality one-stop, patron-centered services, clear and direct pathways to collections and services, and increased self-service options. In collaboration with the User Experience department, a key initiative for this position will be to ensure consistency of messaging and provision of core library services at all virtual and physical service points. ALA-accredited MLS or equivalent advanced degree is required. Review of applications is underway; position will remain open until a suitable candidate is found.
