SUBSTITUTE LIBRARIAN
The City of Everett (WA) is currently accepting applications for the position of Substitute Librarian. This is a professional-level position in the City’s library system, requiring an ALA accredited MLIS. Substitute Librarians work at both the Main and Evergreen Branch Libraries, or on the bookmobile on as-needed basis, and are responsible for answering reference questions and helping patrons use the library in person, on the telephone, or by electronic means. This position involves short-term, occasional work in the library arising from temporary staff shortages or emergency workloads. There are no guaranteed hours.
