Located in Vivian, Louisiana, the branch serves as a resource center for the north part of Caddo parish. The North Caddo Branch Library, with a staff of 10 is approximately 12,600 square feet including a Youth and Teen area. Shreve Memorial Library serves 254,000 people with an exciting, vibrant staff, an annual operating budget of $17 million, and 21 locations throughout the Parish. This position will provide strategic, thoughtful, direction as a member of the Library’s Management Team while assisting in leading the North Caddo Branch Library in its day-to-day operations.
