Librarian I (Reference)
Salary: $41, 471 Annually
Location: Hagen Ranch Road Branch Library, Delray Beach, FL
Provides reference services to patrons as part of a team; instructs patrons in the use of traditional/electronic reference sources and online public access catalog. Participates in collection maintenance and development; maintains reference and non-fiction collections. Provides readers' advisory services; plans programs; conducts internet and other computer sessions to the public.
Qualifications: Master's Degree in Library Science accredited by the American Library Association. Preference Given for Experience: Working in a public/academic library reference section; conducting adult library programs; providing bibliographic instruction; using computer/internet/data-based resources.
