Train and manage student employees; collect and report monthly data; provide document delivery customer service and reference assistance applicable to DDAT services; actively participate on a variety of team work/responsibilities. [M-F, 8-5p] Full-time position in DDAT to support the Libraries’ digital initiatives, including creating and applying metadata, cataloging, working with digitization vendors, etc. Work extensively with digital repository systems such as Dspace and ContentDM. Train and manage student employees, and actively participate on a variety of team work/responsibilities. Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree AND 2 years related library experience or 6 years related library experience. Salary $33,107 plus full benefits. Opened: 4/4/13; Closes: 4/18/13.

·         Library Information Associate, Archives and Special Collections, Job #52259
Full-time position to organize, process, preserve and make accessible archival and special collections materials. Develop processing plans, establish intellectual hierarchies, identify preservation needs, rehouse and label collection materials, create finding aids, metadata and access points, use MARC, DACS, EAD, Excel, Content DM, cataloging principles, etc. Work collaboratively senior archivists, and actively participate and follow-through on a variety of team work/responsibilities. Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree AND 2 years related library experience or 6 years related library experience. Salary $33,107 plus full benefits. Opened: 4/4/13; Closes: 4/18/13.
