Technical Specialist - Linux Server
Sydney, NSW
Our reputable telecommunications client is currently seeking a Technical
Specialist who will be providing day to day support focusing on Linux
Servers. The initial contract is for a 6 month period and it will be
essential that the successful candidates comes from an ISP background and has
experience with Perl.
Essential Skill and Experience -
* Technical Qualification in Telecommunications Engineering or Similar
* Significant demonstrable experience in deploying and supporting Linux,
Solaris systems
* Significant demonstrable experience in system design role
* Demonstrable Shell and Perl Scripting skills
* Experience with IP related components ie Routers, Switches, Firewalls,
load balancers
* Experience in an ISP environment
* In depth knowledge of Server Platform Technologies
