LIBRARIAN I, (Reference) 2 Positions

Salary:  $41,471 Annually

Locations:   Hagen Ranch Road Branch, 14350 Hagen Ranch Road, Delray Beach

      Gardens Branch, 11303 Campus Drive, Palm Beach Gardens

      (Gardens Branch position will be temporarily assigned to Lantana Road Branch).

 

Provides reference services to patrons as part of a team; instructs patrons in the use of traditional/electronic reference sources and online public access catalog.  Participates in collection development.  Maintains reference collections and provides readers’ advisory services.  Conducts internet and other computer training sessions for the public.  Minimum Qualifications:  Master’s Degree in Library Science accredited by the American Library Association (ALA).  Preference given for experience with computer/internet/data-based resources; presenting programs/instructions to groups.
