[LIBJOBS] USA-Los Angeles-Special Collections Reference and Instruction Librarian

The University of Southern California (USC) Libraries seek an innovative, service-oriented librarian to join Special Collections as a Contract Librarian. The librarian will provide research and instruction support to the faculty, staff, and students of the university and off campus researchers. The Special Collections Reference & Instruction Librarian will provide in-person and online reference, provide course-specific instruction and support for class visits to Special Collections, and collaborate with teaching faculty to select course materials and develop curriculum, learning outcomes, and assessment related to research using primary source materials.

 

This position is a fulltime, fixed-term, non-continuing appointment on a 3-year contract, renewable annually. Salary commensurate with experience and qualifications.
