[IFLA-LPD] Re: [SCCRs] Re: [IFLA-CLM] Marrakesh implementation workshop in Gaborone, Botswana

WIPO is pushing ABC and is very collegial towards IFRRO, who are pushing for remuneration. The Marrakesh/Beijing seminar came after three days on CMOs.

Very good point. We need to know what WIPO is saying. We can predict the venality of the RRO's

We should also ask - or get delegates to ask - at Michele's presentation in Columbus

Dear all,

You may be interested in the report of a WIPO workshop held last week in Gaborone on the subject of the Treaty of Marrakesh (amongst other things). Dick Kawooya represented IFLA.

Many thanks,

Stephen
