[CHILD-YA] an article on your library for the British journal Focus?

Please see the announcement below?

Focus is the journal of the International and Library Information Group (ILIG) of CILIP (the Chartered Institute of Library and Information Professionals in the United Kingdom) and is now published online three times a year with an annual hard copy issue published in December containing a selection of articles included in the online issues.

We welcome articles and news from all librarians/libraries around the world and the deadlines for the three issues published in March, July and November each year are the end of January, May and September respectively. So do consider sharing your news or writing an article about your library/library work which you think will interest the rest of the world. A link is provided to the ILIG section of the CILIP website where you will find Notes for Contributors and back copies of the journal here;
http://www.cilip.org.uk/international-library-and-information-group/notes-contributors-focus-international-library-and

The journal is not peer-reviewed, and articles are primarily intended to keep readers (who are professionals from a variety of different types of library and information services) informed about what is going on in the international library and information world, to introduce new ideas and programmes, report on activities and experiences, etc., rather than be 'academic treatises'.

On behalf of the editorial team I look forward to hearing from you.

John Lake
Editor, Focus on International and Library and Information Work.
