Library Director-Waukesha Public Library, Waukesha, WI

Waukesha Public Library, the Wisconsin 2011 Library of the Year, seeks a Library Director who will embrace and champion WPL’s service philosophy - “As Library staff, we provide courteous, responsive, quality service to our citizens. We believe in putting the customer first and that how we treat people is more important than anything else.”

Nestled in the southeast corner of Wisconsin, the City of Waukesha and the region offer cultural and recreational amenities in scenic Lake Country—providing ample opportunity for a delightful blend of outdoor sports and art activities. Waukesha is also centrally located with convenient access to three major urban areas—20  miles from Milwaukee, 60 miles from Madison and 90 miles from Chicago. For more information on the Library and the community, see Waukesha Links.
