Company is in the web hosting, managed services, storage, colo, database
hosting, etc space.

Details/duties
? Advanced, 3+ years of experience with platform specializations (Windows
Server and/or Red Hat Enterprise Linux)
? Advanced, 3+ years of experience with application specializations
(IIS/.NET/MSSQL, LAMP stack, and/or Exchange Server)
? Speak with customers regarding support tickets
? Troubleshoot issues with Microsoft IIS and Apache (according to platform
specialization)
? Troubleshoot issues with Microsoft SQL and MySQL (according to platform
specialization)
? Implement changes requested by customers, including:
? Advanced configuration of Microsoft IIS and Apache (according to platform
specialization)
? Advanced configuration of Microsoft SQL and MySQL (according to platform
specialization)
? Analyze system performance and tune supported application settings
? Support Systems Administrator Is with escalations
? Escalate other issues to the appropriate individual or team
? All changes made according to change control process
? Participate in on-call rotation

Location can be anywhere in Australia, as this will be a remote/home based
position. Company will provide VPN and VOIP for connectivity and telephony
communications.

I also have a more senior level Sys Admin role.

Start date is ASAP. these are perm roles, with base salary and full
