METADATA SUPERVISOR

LIBRARIAN III

 

This position is a key member of the team that manages and maintains the integrity of the RAND's bibliographic and repository databases. Following national bibliographic standards and local practice, create original bibliographic and complex copy records for items in all formats. Assign, monitor and review work of non-exempt staff. Ensure the efficient workflow and scheduling of the unit. Participate in company-wide taxonomy and document repository projects. Other duties as assigned. Reports to the Manager of Metadata and Taxonomy.
