[LIBJOBS] Wenzhou, China: Manager of Acquisitions and Collections

The advertising is launched for the Head of Acquisitions and Collections at the Wenzhou-Kean Library.   This is an English language position reporting to the Library Director. 

I came from a Medical Library environment and am doing quite well.  If you know of a collections leader that distinguishes themselves on both the systems and human side of acquisitions and collection management, please pass this on.  A new ILS implementation awaits this manager. A non-U.S. citizen with English competency & skill is fine.  Relocation to Wenzhou, Zhejiang Province, is required.  The city of Wenzhou is a river port crisscrossed by canals and tributaries.  The Wenzhou-Kean campus is in a newly re-developed area about 30 minutes outside of downtown, surrounded by picturesque mountains that kept Zhejiang isolated from much of the rest of China until recent decades. There are campus or city housing options.
