LIBRARIAN I, (Reference) Part-Time

Salary:         $20,735 Annually

Location:   Wellington Branch Library, 1951 Royal Fern Drive, Wellington

 

Provides reference services to patrons as part of a team; instructs patrons in the use of traditional/electronic reference sources and online public access catalog.  Participates in collection maintenance and development; maintains reference and non-fiction collections.  Provides readers’ advisory services; conducts internet and other computer training sessions to the public.  Minimum Qualifications:  Master’s Degree in Library Science accredited by the American Library Association (ALA).  Preference given for experience using computer/Internet/data-based resources; presenting programs/instructions to groups; working in library reference services.
