This position serves as a Librarian and is part of the Learning Resource Center at the VA Medical Center in North Chicago, Illinois.  The major duties and responsbilities include but are not limited to:  provice a broad range of complex and varied professional duties in the provision of knowledge-based information services; selects, organizes, preserves, accesses, and disseminates information in a library environment; provide services related to acquisition of library materials and arrangement of materials to make them readily accessible to users; acquires books and other informational materials; develops and manages library collections; provides reference services; catalogs library materials; and, performs other duties as assigned.

Work Schedule: Full-Time, Monday-Friday, 8:00am - 4:30pm
