[LIBJOBS] Job Posting / Foreign Language Researcher (Virtual) Uzbek, Amharic, Latvian & Khmer

LAC Group is seeking a Foreign Language Researcher (Virtual) whose Native Languages are Uzbek, Amharic, Latvian & Khmer  for a short term engagement that can be undertaken remotely, from home. This assignment is due to begin in April ’15, is likely to last for approximately 8 weeks and may lead to further opportunities. The selected individual, in addition to having the respectable language as your native language, must be fluent in English and be able to present good written English.

The focus is a review of current legislation and the recording of specific elements thereof. Candidates should be good communicators and have some previous research experience (study for a degree may be acceptable) but previous legal training or experience is not necessary.  Full project descriptions will be provided, supervisors appointed and on-line training given.


Pay rates for this work are limited to US$18 (or equivalent) per hour. When responding please supply a current CV/Résumé and a covering note/letter, setting out your suitability for the role and your current availability.  Candidates who do not provide a covering note, will not be considered.  Preference will be given to candidates who do not currently have full-time work commitments and could devote at least 20-25 hours per week to this project.
