[LIBJOBS] San Diego State University STEM Librarian Job announcement


San Diego State University Library and Information Access is seeking applications for the position of STEM librarian – Engineering and Math Concentration. 

 

This position will provide subject specific support for engineering, mathematics and related disciplines and will be responsible for library instruction and information literacy, outreach, collection development, and liaising in engineering, mathematics, and science related fields. 

 

The successful candidate will have an ALA accredited Master's degree or equivalent international degree; an undergraduate or graduate degree in engineering, mathematics, or related discipline, or at least two years' experience in an equivalent research library.

 

This position is open at the Senior Assistant Librarian rank. This position will remain open until filled.  Reviews will begin immediately. Anticipated start date is Spring Semester 2014.
