the best customer service in the IT industry? Reporting directly to the CEO,
you'll be building and developing support teams, influencing the strategic
direction of the company, and working with some top shelf systems
administrators. You'll have an opportunity to expand your skills in
effectively managing a large department of highly skilled people, and grow
your influence in step with the company's expansion.

To be effective in this role, you'll need to have at least a year's
experience managing a team of people, as well as a reasonable understanding
of the web hosting industry and the principles of good customer support.
Formal technical or managerial qualifications, and experience in large-scale
systems administration, are preferred but not essential.

This permanent, full-time role is based in Anchor's Sydney office, located in
the CBD, right next to Town Hall station.

To learn more about this role, please e-mail jobs@anchor.com.au, or call (02)
