their technical data centre and sales operations further. We are seeking a
Senior Technical Trainer to join the Australian branch of a global training
team. This is a start-up opportunity offering fantastic development and will

We are seeking an exceptional leader with strong technical training
experience to help develop and delivery national training for customers,
partners and internal staff.

The individual will have responsibility to:
? Help shape the ongoing strategy and mission of training initiatives
globally (reporting into the head of Training APAC)
? Assist in developing and maintaining technical training material, lab
exercises, presentations and other material
? Assist in the development of Train the Trainer programs and help recruit
a team
? Work with key vendors and internal staff to develop training material
? Deliver training programs to customers and partners across Australia and
New Zealand

Qualifications and Experience sought:
? Proven experience in communicating highly technical concepts to a broad
audience is a must
? Knowledge and experience of the cloud arena is highly desirable
(Knowledge of IaaS, PaaS, Saas, xaaS)
? A record of delivering technology related training programs is highly
desirable (i.e. classroom training for technology related products and
services)
? Proven strong customer facing skills and communication with a strong
?stage presence?
? Experience in web programming, systems architecture or systems
administration is highly desirable
? Preferred experience with Windows or Linux at command line or scripting
level
? Bachelor?s degree or equivalent
? Must be flexible to travel across Australia

My client is currently seeking a Senior Security Engineer for their Sydney
office. The role will involve liaising with the service teams to solve
security challenges at massive scale, and builds tools to automate the
auditing and operation of the client infrastructure.

The ideal candidate is passionate about solving security problems with an
innovative approach to the solution; thrives and succeeds in delivering high
quality technology products/services in a hyper-growth environment where
priorities shift fast; and has a broad and deep technical knowledge,
typically ranging from front-end UIs through to back-end systems and all
points in between.

You will work with groups throughout the organisation to help them integrate
security into their projects. The solutions you develop will regularly
require input and guidance from team members and will be based on security
engineering best practices.

Responsibilities will include but are not limited to:
? Recognize, adopt, utilize and teach best practices in security
engineering
? Demonstrate high capacity and tolerance for extreme context switching and
interruptions while remaining productive and effective
? Solve problems at their root, stepping back to understand the broader
context
? Maintain an understanding of the Internet threat environment and how it
affects the company
? Find and fix flaws in existing company systems and sites
? Leverage current state of network and application security tools and how
they can benefit the company

Basic Qualifications:
? BS in Computer Science or related field
? Minimum of 5 years? experience with security engineering: secure
development, cryptography, network security, security operations, systems
security, policy, and incident response
? Minimum of 5 years experiences in any of the following software
development, network engineering, systems engineering, cryptography or a
combination of all
? Linux operating system development (at the kernel or device driver level)
? Experience with hardware virtualization technologies
? Strong knowledge of data structures, algorithms, and designing for
performance, scalability, and availability
? Programming in C, C++, Java, Python, Perl, and/or Ruby
? Internet and operating system security fundamentals

their technical and support teams further. We are growing the existing team
of Level 1 Support Engineers to be based in the Sydney office and work as
part of a global Technical Data Centre team.

As a Systems Support Engineer , you will work with one of the most cutting
edge data centres in the world, changing the face of cloud technology in
Australia. You will be the primary contact for external customers and the
Developer community developing mission critical applications in Australia as
well as work closely with internal architects to resolve issues.

Role Responsibilities:
? Technical Support; prime for customer / developer technical support,
problem solving and maintaining a high level of system reliability as well as
resolving trouble tickets
? Troubleshoot: apply advanced troubleshooting techniques to provide unique
solutions to individual customer needs
? Support Operations; Meet 24/7 & On Call requirements during shift
rotations

Qualifications and Experience sought:

their technical operations further. We are recruiting a Data Centre Critical
Facilities Audit Engineer to be based in Sydney and work as part of a global
Data Centre Operations team.

As a Data Centre Critical Facilities Audit Engineer, you will work with one
of the most cutting edge data centres in the world, changing the face of
cloud technology in Australia. You will be the primary contact for both
internal customers (Network Engineers, Software Developers, Operations and
Database Engineers) and external customers.

Role Responsibilities:
? Facility reviews and performing regular follow-up visits to ensure
correction of all deficiencies.
? Daily responsibilities include reviewing the entire data centre
lifecycle: the design, construction, commissioning, and oversight of the
critical environments operations.
? Executing periodic audits throughout different global regions
? Providing direct influence over all expansion designs for construction of
new data centre builds, legacy facility upgrades, and general capital
endeavours
? Performing safety and security inspections of facilities
? Reviewing documents
? Creating standards and specifications
? Reviewing adherence to standards and specifications
? Providing operational support including reviewing procedures, best
practices, and maintenance initiatives

Qualifications sought:
? Cumulative 4-7 years of experience in commercial or industrial electrical
engineering service/ design
? 2-5 Years of Data Centre Engineering, Operations, or Networking
experience
? High-level understanding of the data centre stack and at least two of the
four constraints of the data centre ? power, cooling, network connectivity,
and space
? Ability to research new designs, technologies, and construction methods
for data centre equipment and facilities
? Ability to define data centre system-level architecture
? Ability and willingness to think outside of the box
? Excellent communication skills, attention to detail, and ability maintain
high quality standards
? Ability to read drawings and red-line as needed
? Ability to perform physical tasks

Ideally you will have:
? Masters Degree in Electrical or Mechanical Engineering
? Manufacturing experience and knowledge of lean principles
? Project Management Professional certification
? Knowledge of building codes and regulations including Life Safety, BOCA,
NFPA, NEC, and OSHA
