The University of Arkansas at Little Rock's Collections and Archives Division is in the beginning stage of implementing a bold vision for a technology-rich library and archives organization at the center of Arkansas' top metropolitan, community-engaged research university. The division is seeking applicants for a position that will be pivotal in implementing that bold vision.
The eLearning Librarian (R99682) is a 12-month library faculty position with rank leading to tenure. Reporting to the Ottenheimer Library's Student Success Coordinator, the eLearning Librarian collaborates with personnel across the division and throughout the university to promote student success through the delivery of library resources and support for students and faculty engaged in online instruction, extended programs and distance learning. The position requires a master's degree in Library/Information Science from an ALA-accredited school. One or more years of professional experience in an academic library setting, and experience in online teaching and/or instructional design are desired.
