For describing material in the Accessible Mutlimodal Electronic Library (AMELIB - www.amelib.seab.gr ) we have implemented FRBR. It was the best way to go, since we came across the fact that for just one manifestation we had different kinds of items (word, daisy, epub, braille, mp3, pdf etc) but we only wanted to have just one record for every work.
