Library: Associate Head, Content Acquisitions and Licensing. The NCSU Libraries invites applications and nominations for the position of Associate Head, Content Acquisitions and Licensing. The Content Acquisitions and Licensing department's four librarians and twelve staff are responsible for managing the Libraries' ~10 million dollar collections budget, acquiring materials in all formats, negotiating license agreements and contracts, and establishing and maintaining access to the Libraries' electronic resources. NCSU Acquisitions Librarians have been actively involved in the development of an e-resource management system, E-Matrix, and are bringing that expertise to the national level as part of the Kuali OLE project.
