Member Engagement Officer
The International Federation of Library Associations and Institutions (IFLA) Headquarters is looking for an enthusiastic Member Engagement Officer to join a dynamic team and global project. Your responsibilities will include engaging IFLA’s association and institutional members in two major new projects and ongoing communication regarding the development and evaluation of the projects. The projects involve the development of a library map of the world and IFLA’s first major membership survey. The aim of the member survey is to understand what members value in their engagement with IFLA and to help IFLA understand its potential for growth.
