ULVERSCROFT/IFLA LPD SPONSORSHIPS
The Ulverscroft Foundation and the IFLA Libraries Serving Persons with Print Disabilities Section are pleased to announce that the Ulverscroft Foundation is prepared to sponsor up to three or more participants from developing countries to attend in the upcoming satellite conference sponsored by the IFLA Section on Libraries Serving Persons with Print Disabilities (LPD). The conference will focus on “Tailoring the Reading Experience to Meet Individual Needs” and is expected to draw an international audience of librarians and other professionals serving persons with print disabilities. The conference will be held at the Galt House in Louisville, Kentucky, U.S.A. Thursday and Friday, August 11-12, 2016. Transportation to Columbus, Ohio for the IFLA World Library and Information Congress (WLIC) will be available on Friday afternoon.
Sponsorship will cover airfare, lodging, registration and incidentals for the two-day conference.
