Library Information Associate, Senior, Delivery, Description and Acquisitions Dept., University Libraries. The University of Arizona, Tucson. Full-time LIA, Sr. shares responsibility to lead physical processing of interlibrary loan (ILL), document delivery and video streaming of local and ILL materials.  Supervises 7-10 student workers, including: planning, coordinating and prioritizing daily work; training, coaching and enforcing expectations to meet quality standards. Position includes: customer service and reference assistance; troubleshooting equipment and systems; high level problem solving and decision making; budget and data reporting; and developing training documentation.  Requires: Bachelor’s degree AND 3 years progressively responsible library experience; OR 7 years experience.
