PC Support Specialist The Indianhead Federated Library System (IFLS) is seeking candidates to assist member libraries with technology support. We are looking for a team member who will assist with maintaining and troubleshooting computer technology via the telephone, e-mail, remote access and on-site visits as well as technology training. Characteristics desired: self-motivated, ability to communicate in non-technical terms, handle multiple projects, and work well as part of a team. Associate degree in computer related field or equivalent experience is required.  Bacheloÿÿ€™s Degree and/or library experience is preferred. IFLS is headquartered in Eau Claire, Wisconsin, about 75 miles east ÿÿâÿ¨Minneapolis/St. Paul. IFLS staff works with member library staff and locaÿÿ€¨library boards, offering consulting help and a connection to state-supportÿÿâÿ¨services and programs.
